Command SJ-50F(T) overview

Command SJ-50F(T) is a compact 0.5 m²-class GMP-oriented pharmaceutical freeze dryer and vial lyophilizer for formulation work, clinical batches and controlled small-batch production. The current configuration basis uses four 350 × 400 mm product shelves plus one radiant shelf.

The system combines product-shelf temperature control, condenser monitoring and vacuum management with Command OS2.1 recipe operation. Optional SCADA, electronic-signature, audit-trail and batch-report functions must be defined in the project URS and quotation.

Reference vial positions: Ø16 mm vials, 550 per shelf × 4 shelves = 2,200; Ø22 mm vials, 288 per shelf × 4 shelves = 1,152. Final capacity depends on the confirmed vial dimensions and loading layout.
Shelf control from below -60°C to +65°C, with a project-specific -70°C option.
Condenser planning basis of ≤ -85°C, 8 kg/24 h ice capacity and up to 10 kg/batch frosting capacity.
