This guide explains how to connect the SJ Freeze Dryer WiFi module to your local network so the machine can be monitored remotely.

The setup process is similar to configuring a router.

Step 1 — Connect Your Computer to the Freeze Dryer WiFi

1. Turn on the freeze dryer.

2. On your computer or phone, open the WiFi list.

3. Find the network named:

DR-162

4. Connect to this WiFi network.

⚠️ Note
At this stage there is no internet, because you are connecting directly to the freeze dryer module.

Step 2 — Open the Module Configuration Page

After connecting to WiFi:

1. Open any web browser

Example:

• Chrome

• Safari

• Edge

2. In the browser address bar enter:

http://10.10.100.254

login: admin password:admin

3. Press Enter

You will see the configuration page.

Step 3 — Configure WiFi Connection

On the configuration page:

1. Click

STA Setting

⚠️ Do not change other settings

2. Click

Scan

3. Select your home or factory WiFi network

4. Click ‘save‘.

5. The system will ask for a password.

Enter your WiFi password

6. Click ‘Save’

7. Restart the module.

# Step 4 — Install the Monitoring App

# Step 5 — Create an Account

1. Open the app
2. Register a new account
3. When logging in the first time enter:

APPID: 81137432

# Step 6 — Add Your Freeze Dryer

After login you can add your machine by:
• Entering the Device ID (your supplier will give you this)

Once added, the freeze dryer will appear in the app.

# Connection Complete

You can now monitor your freeze dryer remotely from the app.
