SJ Continuous Flow Ultrasonic System | Operating Process Simulation

Published 20 sec 1920 × 1080

A 20-second simulation of SJ recirculating ultrasonic processing: tank, peristaltic pump, jacketed flow cell and a separate cooling loop. Not experimental footage.

What this video shows

The SJ continuous flow ultrasonic system combines a generator, matched transducer and probe, and a double-wall glass flow cell on a support stand. A peristaltic pump sends liquid from a customer-supplied tank through the probe treatment chamber and back to that same tank. Repeated circulation lets the team adjust exposure while monitoring the liquid. This is a recirculating arrangement, not a claim that one pass completes the process.

Key facts for equipment selection

  • 20 seconds, 1920 × 1080, 30 fps, silent English operating process simulation.
  • Process liquid returns from the inner flow-cell chamber to the same customer-supplied tank; jacket coolant follows an independent loop.
  • 1200 W base-unit data is documented. The illustrated 1500 W option is proposed, not a verified complete-system specification.

Video summary

Process liquid: customer tank → peristaltic pump → inner chamber of the ultrasonic flow cell → return to the same tank. The probe tip operates immersed in the process liquid. Cooling liquid: recirculating chiller or refrigerated bath → lower jacket inlet → outer jacket → upper jacket outlet → return to the cooling unit. Coolant and process liquid remain separated. The generator connects electrically to the transducer. Pipe connections and port positions must follow the approved flow-cell drawing; they cannot be identified solely from a reference photograph.

English on-screen captions

These captions describe the intended workflow in the animation. They are not a verified voice transcript or a validated process recipe; the selection notes above remain applicable.

  1. SYSTEM READY Liquid-filled circuit; ultrasonic generator ready.
  2. LIQUID CIRCULATION STARTS The peristaltic pump moves liquid through the flexible tubing.
  3. ULTRASOUND ON The generator is running; cavitation develops near the immersed probe tip.
  4. PERISTALTIC PUMP | CUTAWAY VIEW Rotating rollers compress the tubing and propel the liquid.
  5. LIQUID TREATMENT Process liquid flows through the jacketed glass cell.
  6. ULTRASONIC CAVITATION Surface disturbance, local streaming and transient bubbles near the probe tip.
  7. JACKET COOLING Coolant flows through the outer jacket to carry away heat.
  8. REPEATED CIRCULATION Customer tank > Pump > Ultrasonic flow cell > Same tank
