How do I size a pharmaceutical lyophilizer for my vial batch?
Start with vial outside diameter, stopper format, fill volume and target vial count. Check shelf layout and stoppering clearance, then total ice load and the developed cycle. Vial positions alone do not establish the number of acceptable finished vials.
