A common application of SJ refrigerated circulators is the temperature control of external closed consumers such as photometers, refractometers, viscometers, reactors, and other analytical or process equipment. At the same time, smaller samples or devices can be temperature-controlled directly within the circulator bath.

How to choose the right bath ?

  • First consider the use of the desired temperature range. What medium temperature field as the carrier medium used in different temperature ranges is not the same. The medium temperature range according to the general election: ethylene glycol to water (cold), alcohol (ultra low temperature), water (5 to 95℃), dimethly imports silicone oil (high and low temperature applicable) and the like.

  • According to their actual situation choose how much capacity the bath, the correct and effective working volume is calculated as: working slot opening size plus the groove depth in millimeters.

  • Is the bath temperature field temperature uniformity requirements. There are two categories: 

    Basic type: ±0.03℃ and ultra-high-precision:±0.003℃.

  • Depending on the application, consider if need for external circulation, and what the maximum lift of the outer loop.
