A one-head-one-pump servo system meets the high-precision requirements of small-dose filling, while the soft-vacuum stoppering device and progressive top-stopper mechanism sharply raise stoppering success and fully meet GMP.
Where it fits in the freeze-drying workflow
- Fill — dose the liquid into vials.
- Half-stopper — seat the stopper to the half position, leaving a path for vapor to sublimate.
- Freeze-dry — load into the lyophilizer; stoppers are fully seated inside the chamber.
- Cap — crimp the aluminum cap to seal.
