Tier-2 and Tier-3 partners can request country-level exclusivity after meeting the first-year volume target. Smaller regional partners get city-level protection.

What is the minimum first order?

Lab/pilot lines: one demo unit. Food lines: 2 units. GMP: handled deal-by-deal — typically project-based.

How fast can I expect technical responses?

Pre-sales sizing: same business day. On-site issues: under 4 hours during partner business hours; remote diagnostics within 24 hours.

Do you support trade shows?

Yes — co-branded booth materials, demo unit shipping support, and joint customer events. Annual co-marketing budget by tier.

Can I sell online (e-commerce)?

Lab and food lines: yes, with MAP pricing. GMP: project sales only, no online listing.
